Bill was born October 30, 1935 in Jackson, MS. He is survived by his wife, Debbie; two children, a son Charles and a daughter, Jennifer. He had seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. He was a 1953 graduate of Central High School in Jackson, MS and attended Millsaps College (also in Jackson) and the University of Houston, Houston, TX.
