Theresa Ann Vervynck

Theresa Ann Vervynck, 64, of Baldwin City, Kansas, passed away on Monday, April 20, 2026. She was born on November 22, 1961, in Lawrence, Kansas, to Merle and Shirley (Spillman) Maichel.

Theresa had a deep love for crafts, especially making beautiful jewelry, and she poured her creativity into many handmade pieces over the years. She also cherished her two beloved dogs, Cooper and Zoe, who brought her endless joy and companionship.

Theresa is survived by her loving husband of many years, Ken Vervynck; her sister, Shelly (Dave) Davis; her niece, Miranda Davis; her mother-in-law, Bernice Vervynck; and her step-children, Brandy and Rusty Vervynck.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Merle and Shirley Maichel; her sister, Vicki Maichel; her brother, Rex Maichel; and her nephew, William Gregory Davis.
