Sheila Rae Vochatzer, born and raised in Kansas City, KS, peacefully passed away September 1, 2024, surrounded by family at The Heritage of Overland Park, after a hard fought battle with dementia.
Sheila dedicated her life to caring for others, always putting their needs before her own. A loving wife, mother, grandma, sister, daughter, and friend, she will be greatly missed by loved ones and all who had the privilege to cross her path.
A devoted Christian and follower of Jesus, Sheila’s faith was the foundation of her life. Sheila is survived by her two daughters, Vicki Stephens and her husband Mike, and Diane Keller and her husband Bob, as well as her six cherished grandchildren: Kenzie, Shelby, and Shae Stephens; and Olivia, Jacob and Morgan Keller. She's also survived by two half siblings, John Trull (Lila), and Sheridan Mantor (George) and a step sister Earlene Cummings (James).
Graveside services will be held at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens on Saturday, September 14th at noon.
