Rhonda Renee Monke

Rhonda Renee Monke, born on April 16, 1957, in Dickinson, North Dakota, passed away peacefully in Lenexa, Kansas, on February 3, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of creativity and faith.

Rhonda was a dedicated and talented individual who excelled in her artistic pursuits, expressing her creativity throughout her life. She proudly graduated from Mid-America Nazarene University in 1979, and went on to serve as a faithful employee at College Church of the Nazarene, Olathe, KS, for over 30 years. In this role, she became an integral part of her faith community, sharing her talents with others and contributing to the church’s mission. Her unwavering dedication and commitment to serving the Lord were evident in every aspect of her life.

Rhonda is survived by several dear friends, and preceded in death by her parents, Willis and Alma Monke. Her memory will be cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing her. 

As we remember Rhonda Renee Monke, we celebrate a life marked by creativity, service, and a deep commitment to her faith. She will be dearly missed by all whose lives she touched.
