Penny Craven

Penny Craven, 59, of Olathe, Kansas, passed away on Monday, May 11, 2026. She was born on March 27, 1967, in Bethany to Danny and Kathy (Simpson) Carter.

Penny was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who centered her life around caring for her family. She married Glenn Craven in 1994, and together they built a loving home and raised their sons, TJ and Justin. She especially loved spending time with her grandchildren, who brought her endless joy.

Penny enjoyed caring for flowers, baking, and making people feel welcomed and loved. She will be remembered for her kindness, caring heart, and the love she shared with those around her.

Penny is survived by her husband, Glenn Craven; her sons, TJ Craven and wife Kellie Craven, and Justin Craven and partner Tianna McIff; and her beloved grandchildren, Brayden Watkins, Landen Craven, and Presten Craven.

The family will receive guests for a visitation from 9:00–10:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 27, 2026, at Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home & Crematory - Olathe Chapel, followed by a Celebration of Life at 10:00 a.m.
