Patrick "Pat" H. Burk, Jr. 58, passed away Dec. 25, 2013.
Patrick was born to Patrick H. Burk, Sr. and Mary C. McCollough Burk on March 8, 1955 in Council Bluffs, IA. Patrick was preceded in death by his father and his wife Karen K. Wendt Burk.
Patrick worked 13 years with the Olathe School District as a Security Officer and 12 years with Kansas Speedway.
He is survived by his son Patrick H. Burk, III, his mother Mary Burk, sister Allisyn Burk Green (David), and his brother Phillip S. Burk (Shelley) and nieces, Molly and Megan and nephews, Stephen, Kevin, and Kyle as well as a large extended family.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the family.
