Pacifico Colina Ruelan, 92, passed away on August 2, 2009 at Villa St. Francis, Olathe, Kansas. He was born September 3, 1916 in Cebu, Philippines. He is survived by his only daughter Bienvenida, son-in-law Norman Purcell, grandchildren Julius and Julie (McMillin), all of Olathe. Memorial services are pending, and will be in Crawfordsville, Indiana. He was preceeded in death by his wife Victoriana (1997).
