Oscar Oth Khamsihong

Oscar Oth Khamsihong was born on February 2, 1961, in Champasak, Laos, to Mr. and Mrs. Khamsihong. He was one of Eight children and was blessed with seven siblings: Bai, Mai, Bang, Boon, Bua, Moot, and Soot.

In 1981, Oscar immigrated to the United States and made his home in Olathe, Kansas, where he began building a new life and pursuing the American dream.

On November 19, 1988, Oscar married the love of his life, Christina. Together they built a loving family and shared many years of marriage. Oscar was known as a hardworking and devoted husband and father who faithfully provided for his family.

Oscar passed away peacefully at his home on June 17, 2026, at 10:15 a.m., following a period of illness.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Christina Khamsihong; his daughter, Catalina Khamsihong; his son, Nicholas Khamsihong; his siblings; and many extended family members and friends who will cherish his memory.

Oscar will be remembered for his dedication to his family, his strong work ethic, and the love he shared with those around him. His presence will be deeply missed, but his legacy will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
