Nancy Mortko Chick, 86, Lenexa, KS, ascended on eagle's wings to a place of unbounded joy alongside her Lord and Savior on Thursday, Aug 27, 2015.
She was born Dec 5, 1928 in Piper, KS. She graduated from Bonner Springs High School and worked as a beautician at a number of local salons. She will be remembered for her servant's heart, her unconditional love and her love of dancing.
She was preceded in death by her parents Robert and Margaret Goble; husband Stanley Mortko; son Pat Mortko; brothers Jerry and Fred Goble; sister Zena Browning; and Ginger, her favorite dog. She is survived by husband Bill Chick; twin sister Betty (and Burnie) Hiett; and son Rob (and Sheri) Mortko.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to Church of the Holy Cross or to Kansas City Hospice & Palliative Care.
