Andrew Edward Trammel, age 93, passed away on March 28, 2014 in Olathe, KS.
Andrew was born September 23, 1920 in Quanah, TX to Henry and Vanita Trammel. Andrew married Laverne Yandell on December 22, 1951, and they made their home in Fort Worth, TX for 32 years and Childress, TX for 18 years before moving to Olathe, KS in 2003. Andrew served in the United States Air Force for 20 years, retiring as a Master Seargent.
He is survived by his son Andrew M. Trammel and wife Caroline of Olathe, KS and son Joe Trammel and wife Glenda of Cordell, OK, four grandchildren Abby and her husband Kellan, Evan, Brad, and Kelly, and three great-grand-daughters Amelia Joy, Cassidy Lauren and Shyanne. He is also survived by his sisters Laverta Mahan and Stella Mahan. Andrew was preceded in death by his wife, Laverne, his parents, and other siblings.
Memorials are suggested to Hospice of Olathe Medical Center.
