Kongsy Phommata

Kongsy Phommata peacefully departed this life on June 16, 2026, at the age of 88 years and 11 months.

With love and gratitude for a life well lived, her family joyfully remembers her as a beloved mother, grandmother, relative, and friend. Kongsy will be remembered for her love, kindness, wisdom, and devotion to her family. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

Wake visitation will be held at the family residence, 446 N. Birch Street, Gardner, Kansas 66030, on Thursday, June 18, 2026, and Friday, June 19, 2026, all day.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 20, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home, 14275 S. Black Bob Road, Olathe, Kansas 66062.

Thuk Baht will be held on Sunday, June 21, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the family residence, 446 N. Birch Street, Gardner, Kansas 66030.
