She was born on April 20, 1945 to and Helen (Polkowski) and Alexander J. Klimas in Mineola, NY.
Kathryn is survived by her loving mother, Helen Klimas, her brother, Gerald H. Klimas and his wife, Patricia, and her brother, Alexander Klimas.
She was preceded in death by her father, Alexander Joseph Klimas.
