Johnna Tatro Carter

Johnna brought so much joy into our lives. She was a dedicated employee for 30 years as a dispatcher for the City of Oxnard, California Police and Fire Departments.  The last ten years she lived with her parents in Olathe, Kansas. She is survived by her parents, Glenn and Rose Tatro, her sister Judy of Archie, MO and sister Dianna of Youngstown, Ohio and the love of her life a little Chihuahua named Mimi. We all have so many fond memories of Johnna. She was an organ donor by choice and saved two lives. We take comfort in knowing she is pain free. She faced ALS head on.
