It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Jeremy L. Graves on May 1, 2026, in Olathe, Kansas. Born on July 10, 1980, in Kansas City, Missouri, Jeremy lived a life marked by dedication, compassion, and service to others.

Jeremy was a registered nurse whose career spanned many years and hospitals, including the Overland Park Regional Medical Center. He took great joy in his role as a traveling nurse, bringing comfort and care to countless patients wherever his assignments took him. His commitment to nursing reflected his genuine compassion and the profound empathy he held for those in need.

Before dedicating himself to nursing, Jeremy served his country with honor for 14 years in the Army National Guard as a Medic. His military service was a source of pride for him and an integral chapter of his life, embodying his steadfast dedication to helping and healing others.

Jeremy's proudest accomplishments were his four beloved children: Noelle, Corinne, Pierson, and Adree Graves. He also leaves behind his mother, Brenda Messer, brother Travis Messer, uncle Jim Cox and two cousins Jesse Cox and Stephanie Cox. Their love and bond were central to his life and enduring legacy.

He was preceded in death by his step-father, Bob Messer, father, Terry L. Graves and his maternal grandparents, William and Janet Cox and uncle Frankie Cox. Their memories remain cherished by all who knew Jeremy.

Throughout his life and career, Jeremy embodied compassion, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to others. His legacy will live on in the hearts of his family, his patients, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
