JAMES A. JOHNSTON, Age 84, passed away October 10, 2011 in Olathe, KS. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 15 at 3:00 pm at Aldersgate United Methodist Church, Olathe, where the family will receive friends an hour prior to service time. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Alzheimer's Association.
Surviving are his daughters Nelda (Steven) Buckley, Nancy ( Dan) Casey, and Kathy (John) Goudelock, and his son, Kirk (Kathy) Johnston, fourteen grandchildren and one great-grandchild, sisters Shirley (John) Larson, and Marilyn (Dean) Wright. He was preceded in death by his wife, Eleanor, and his son, Kevin.
