Hope Diane Westfall, born on August 28, 1955, in Kansas City, Missouri, was a beloved wife, mother, sister, and grandmother. She peacefully passed away on November 4, 2025, in Olathe, Kansas, leaving behind a legacy of love and devotion that will forever be cherished by her family and friends.
A graduate of Raytown High School, Hope dedicated 21 years of her professional life to Olathe South High School, where she made a significant impact on the lives of countless students.
Hope’s life was enriched by her many hobbies and interests. She found joy in working on puzzles, crocheting intricate patterns, and attending dinner theatre performances. A loyal fan of the Kansas City Chiefs, she also loved to unwind by watching her favorite soap operas and engaging with the thrilling narrative of "The Walking Dead." Above all, Hope cherished the moments spent with her grandchildren, Kylan, William, Benjamin, Iris, and Arizona, taking great pleasure in watching them grow and develop their unique talents.
Hope is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Michael; her devoted children, Michele, Kimberly, and Amanda; and their spouses, Bradley and Austin. She is also remembered by her brother, Wayne Parker, and sisters Sandy, Donna, and Debbie, who will carry forward her spirit and warmth.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Gene and Dorothy Parker, and her sister, Judy. The memories they created together will serve as a comforting reminder of her enduring spirit and the love she shared with those around her.
Hope Diane Westfall's vibrant presence and unconditional love will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her legacy will continue to inspire and uplift those she leaves behind.
