It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Hazen, who departed this life on October 14, 2025, in Kansas City, MO. Hazen was a cherished daughter, sister, niece, granddaughter, and cousin, whose presence touched the lives of all who knew her.

Born on September 21, 2016, in Missouri. In her short life, Hazen was known for her best hugs. She gave hugs to everyone she could, there was never a stranger. She enjoyed riding her bike, swimming, coloring, crocheting, reading and spending time with her family and friends. She will be remembered for her passion for life, infectious laughter, compassionate spirit, and her smile could light up a room.

Hazen is survived by her great grandparents, grandmother, parents, brothers and sisters, aunts, uncles, many cousins, and friends who will forever cherish the memories they shared together.

A memorial service will be held on October 24, 2025, at City Center Church located at 17500 W. 87th Street Parkway in Lenexa, Kansas 66219. Please enter at door 5. The service will begin at 11 AM, following the visitation which begins at 10 AM. All who knew and loved Hazen are invited to attend and celebrate her life.
