Doyle Preston Northrop was born on February 21,1925 to Edwin W. Northrop and Ellen L. Marlow-Northrop in Giltner, Nebraska. He was their only child.
Doyle served in The Navy on The U.S.S. Grayson Ship as a radioman trained in communications technology.
Doyle met his wife, Georgia E. Beach while working at Sears & Roebuck and married October 2,1948 in Kansas City, Missouri. They had an only child in 1953, Barbara Gail Northrop-Messick (Brent).
Doyle also worked for Proctor & Gamble where he was a chemist. Doyle passed suddenly on October 28, 1955 from a toxic spill.
He rests in peace at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Kansas City, Kansas.
