Doris L. Beurmann

Doris L. (Pierce) Beurmann, 94, left us August 6, 2016 to join her Savior. Doris was known as a survivor having lost her husband Lewis W. Beurmann in 1960 and raising their 2 children alone. Doris was also a survivor of many forms of cancer her last 40 years of life.

Doris never knew a stranger. This was often to the chagrin of family members who would encounter a total stranger only to learn that person knew their whole history. Doris is survived by her sister, Helen Bredehoft; children Linda Stubbs (Gene), Bruce Beurmann (Susan); grandchildren Katie Guyer (Ben), Kevin Beurmann; great-grandchildren Andrew and Haley Guyer.

In life and death, Doris did it her way.

A memorial service will be at a later date.
