Cliff was born in Industry, PA on Oct. 17, 1938 to William and Mary Noah. Cliff was preceded in death by his parents and daughter, Lisa Noah. Cliff is survived by wife Peggy; brother, James Eckles (Jeanne); 4 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, Sept 24, 2016, from 9:30 – 11:00 am, and service at 11:00 am, located at Peace Lutheran Church, 8240 Blue Ridge, Kansas City, MO. In lieu of flowers, family suggests donations to Peace Lutheran Church.
