Carol Ann McGonagle Cooper was born March 14, 1944 in Gardner, Ks to George C McGonagle and Frances M. Dowty McGonagle. She grew up in Paola, Ks and attended Paola Schools.
She was united in marriage to John M. Cooper in Paola, Ks on 25 October 1961 and from this union came three sons. Jeffrey C. Cooper of Lenexa, Ks, John F. Cooper of Platte City, Mo, and Marcus D Cooper of Olathe, Ks. She also had nine (9) grandchildren and five (5) Great Grandchildren.
John and Carol spent twenty years in the US Army traveling the world. When they retired they returned to this area to enjoy their retirement. Carol will be cremated and a celebration of her life will be at a later date
