Betty Sullivan Cowan
Age 86, passed away February 17, 2012 in Olathe, Kansas. Betty was born in Fowler, Kansas on October 18, 1925 to Albert and Evelyn Sullivan. She married Don Cowan on April 19, 1952 and they made their home in Topeka. She enjoyed a career in teaching, as well as volunteering with the Kansas State Historical Society.
She is survived by her husband, Don, her sons Dwight (Sue) Cowan, Barry (Debbie) Cowan, her brother Wayne Sullivan, grandchildren Amy, Brandon, Ian, and Ali, and nine great-grandchildren.
