Barbara was known for making everyone feel welcome and at home, giving each person her full attention. She was known for cooking with love, intentional consideration of others, her joyous smiles, and warm hugs. Her humor was quick and clever; she gave and received great joy out of pranking people. She loved music whether it was musicals, playing guitar, piano, or singing in church. She loved singing in the car, but most of all she loved singing her kids and grandkid to sleep. Barbara loved the outdoors, whether it be sitting outside for hours soaking in the sun or going on walks and had a talent for decorating with anything she could find. Barbara's happy place was The Farm, which she spent many years pouring her love into. She created something so special that not only her family could enjoy but all her friends that she loved to host. The Farm emits her presence in every corner, whether it was curtains she sewed by hand, wildflowers she picked, or decoration that she brought to life with her vision. She made every holiday feel special with her decorating and food preparations. She blessed her children with the gift of love and made sure they knew how much she cared for them every chance she had. Above all, she was an amazing Mother, Grandmother, Wife, and Child of God, she loved her family, friends and her Savior with ferocity.
