Charles Morgan Mulligan
1963 - 2023

Charles Morgan Mulligan, born into this world February 20, 1963. Reborn into his heavenly father’s world January 28, 2023.

Chuck was born in Elyria, Ohio before moving to Kansas at the age of 15. He graduated from Shawnee Mission West High School in 1981. He was hired with FedEx Express in 1986 where he worked for 36 years as a tractor trailer driver, courier and defensive driving instructor. This is where he met his “beautiful bride” and formed many memorable friendships with his co-workers and his customers. In his spare time Chuck enjoyed hunting, fishing and anything outdoors. More than anything, he enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his two grandsons.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Marilyn Lee Mulligan. He leaves behind his wife of 33 years, Deborah Irene Mulligan, his father, Charles Paul Mulligan, his sister, Maurya Lee Mitchell, his daughter, Colleen Marie Riffel, his son-in-law, Jordan Lee Riffel, his grandson’s, Tucker Lee Riffel and Colton Charles Riffel, and many niece’s and nephew’s (Kelley, Brett, Meghan, Evan and Joey) and great niece’s and nephew’s (Nicky, Jaxon, Madelyn, Ada, Isaiah, Ellison, Owen and Maren) that he loved very much.

A celebration of his life will be held at a later date. The family requests that donations in Chuck’s memory be made to Olathe Hospice House, 15310 S Marion St, Olathe, KS. 66061.
