She was born on January 3, 1930 to George and Mary (Bybee) Simmons at Lisle, MO.
On March 16, 1949, she married Harold Norman, and they made their home in Grandview, MO.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Olathe, and the Red Hat Society. She enjoyed teaching Sunday School and especially spending time with her family, and she loved her grandchildren dearly.
Christine is survived by her loving daughter, Linda L Johnson (Richard) her grandchildren Tammy Todd- Catrett (Shannon), Brent Johnson (Susan), and Matt Johnson (Heather), and great -grandchildren Ashley (Jon), Brooke, Ethan, Avery, Eli, Noah, Phoenix, and Gabby, and great-great-grand-daughter, Nadia.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and her brother Wayne Simmons, and her sister Mary Stahl.
Memorials are suggested to the Alzheimer's Foundation or to the Macular Degeneration Foundation.
