Phillip Vincent "Vince" Foust, 62, of Overland Park, passed away on April 27, 2022 at St. Luke's South Medical Center.

He was born on July 5, 1959 to Phillip and Patricia (Oltjen) Foust at Cedar Vale, KS. He graduated from Marysville High School in Marysville, KS, and went on to attend Kansas State University and graduated from Benedictine College with his EMBA. Vince worked as a Mortgage Loan Officer for US Bank Home Mortgage in Overland Park, KS.

Vince lived in many small towns in Kansas through the years, including Cedar Vale, Oketo, Marysville, Bremen, and Lancaster. His son, Rocco, was born December 12, 2oo1. Vince considered Rocco his greatest accomplishment, and he was fiercely proud of him and loved him dearly. He and Rocco enjoyed traveling together around the US and abroad and had many fun adventures together. Vince also enjoyed walking around the outdoors, Kansas State football and basketball, Chiefs football, and Royals baseball.

Vince is survived by his loving son, Rocco; his parents, Phil and Pat of Junction City, KS; his brother, Graham and Denise, and Tyren of Junction City, KS; his sister, Gretchen and Deb of Nashville, TN; Rocco’s mother, Erin McFarland; niece, Teiah and Donnell Hadley, Langdon, Kiara, and Arya of Derby, KS; and niece, Whitney, of Tucson, AZ. He is also survived by dear family friends Shaun O’Neil, Kevin and Jodi, Bryar and Brynn O’Neil of Beattie, KS. He was preceded in death by his niece, Jessie.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, May 3, 2022, 6:00-8:00 pm at Penwell-Gabel Olathe Chapel, 14275 S Blackbob, Olathe, KS.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 4, 2022, at 10:00 am at the Wesley Covenant Chapel at Church of the Resurrection, 13720 Roe, Leawood, KS. The service will also be livestreamed at cor.org/memorialsonline.
