Ruby “Arlene” Flanagan, Overland Park, Kansas, age 95, passed away Tuesday, October 26th at Village Shalom. Visitation will take place at 10:00 am with funeral service at 11:00 am on Monday, November 1st at Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home, 14275 S. Black Bob Rd., Olathe, KS with interment at Pleasant Valley Cemetery, 9500 W. 159th St. in Stanley, Kansas.

Arlene was born on April 23, 1926 in Kincaid, Kansas.

She was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth, son-in-law Paul Crenshaw, her parents Ruby Lewis and Mary Blanche Green, her brother Charles Green and sister Lois Swender.

She is survived by her daughter Kendalene Flanagan Crenshaw of Omaha, Nebraska, son and daughter-in-law Kim Michael and Susan Flanagan of Overland Park, Kansas, grandson Brandon Crenshaw and his wife Brandy and great grandchildren Kenley and Ford of Papillion, Nebraska, granddaughter Katie Flanagan FitzGerald and her husband Jeremy and great grandchildren Ben, Charlie and Alex of Gardner, Kansas, grandson Kenneth Chiles Flanagan of Mission, Kansas.

In lieu of floral arrangements, the family suggests donations to The Mission Project, Inc., 5960 Dearborn St. Suite 201, Mission, KS 66202 or Village Shalom, 5500 W. 123rd St., Overland Park, KS 66209.
