Roberta J. (Bobbie) Felsing Goerke ,74, beloved wife, mother, and grandma, passed away on October 15th, 2021. She was born on May 31st, 1947 in Waukesha, WI, a daughter to the late Robert J. Felsing and Sophie M. (Pagliaro) Felsing.
Bobbie married Clifford (Cliff) Bostwick Goerke on August 14th, 1971. They celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with their children and grandchildren this past August. Bobbie and Cliff lived in various cities throughout their marriage including Madison, WI; Waukesha, WI; Wichita, KS; Springfield, MO; and most recently, Overland Park, KS.
Bobbie worked as a Registered Nurse before devoting her life to raising her daughters and taking on her most cherished role, Grandma.
She is survived by her husband Clifford Bostwick Goerke; daughters Jennifer L. Stone (Christopher D. Stone) of Fairfax, VA and Sara G. Nielson (Daniel C. Nielson) of Olathe, KS; four grandchildren Hannah R. Stone, Carter B. Stone, Hayley E. Nielson, and Davis C. Nielson; and brother Gerald W. Felsing.
A celebration of life visitation will be on Saturday, November 27th, 2021 from 1-3pm at Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home in Olathe, KS.
