1928 - 2021

Helen "Jeannine" Cain, 92, of Olathe, passed away on April 25, 2021 at Evergreen Community of Johnson County.

She was born on December 31, 1928 to Carl and Pauline (Watkins) Owens in Detroit, Michigan.

Jeannine worked as an administrative clerk for the Johnson County Election Office for over 22 years.

She was a member of the Silver Sneakers and she enjoyed spending time with her family.

Surviving family include her daughters, Paula C. Everette and Victoria Smith, her sons John Manion (Cindy), David Manion( Shonna), and Michael Cain (Dana), 16 grandchildren, her brothers Paul Owens, Wyman Owens (Maria), Dennis Owens (Janice) and her sister, Alice Huggins (Richard).

She was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers Samuel Owens and Donnie Owens, her grandson, Matthew Manion, and great- grandson Chad McMillan.
