Marilyn Elizabeth Burkhead, 95, of Topeka, KS passed away February 22, 2021 at Aberdeen Village in Olathe, KS. She was born on February 14, 1926 to Clarence and Lillie (Engle) Green in Mound City, KS. On October 27, 1944, she married John B. Burkhead, and they made their home in Topeka. She was a member of the First Congregational Church of Topeka, and she enjoyed family gatherings in her home.
Marilyn is survived by her children; Patricia S. Rabe (Terry), Nancy A. Henderson (Roger), and John Brian Burkhead (Judy), and six grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband in 2016 and all of her siblings (3 brothers).
