Tamra Jean Miller, 62, of Olathe, KS passed away November 4, 2020 at her home surrounded by family.

Tamra was born on August 25, 1958 to Johnny and Mary (Pittman) Clark in Fort Smith, AR. At a young age her family moved from Hackett, AR to Tulsa, OK where she lived until 1966 when the family moved to Olathe, KS. She attended and graduated from the Kansas School of the Deaf (KSD) in 1977. It was at KSD where an eight year old Tamra met her future husband, Russell Lloyd Miller. They became high school sweethearts that were united in marriage in February 1979 and raised their family in Olathe, KS.

After graduation Tamra worked at King Radio and Trend Plastics before working a number of years as a cafeteria worker for Olathe North.

Tamra was a member of the Olathe Club of the Deaf where she participated in the dart league as well as a member of The Red Hat Society. She enjoyed traveling, camping, arts & crafts, painting, playing Olingo, collecting Precious Moments, rooting for the Kansas City Chiefs and Royals, but most of all spending time with friends and family. Anyone who was fortunate to meet Tamra would describe her as one of the kindest and sweetest people they had ever met.

Tamra is survived by her loving husband, Russell of Olathe; daughters, Mindy (Eric) Daniel, Dana Miller; son, Corey Miller; grandchildren, Dylan, Ella, and Nora Daniel; parents, Johnny and Mary Clark; and sister, Terry (Jamie) Luck;

Visitation will be held Tuesday, November 10, 2020, 5:00 to 7:00 pm at Penwell-Gabel Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Olathe, Kansas. A private memorial service will be held.

Memorials are suggested to the American Cancer Society in Tamra's memory.
