Patrick S. Metsinger, 44, of Overland Park, KS passed away Friday September 4, 2020.

Patrick was born December 4, 1975 in Kansas City, Missouri to Mike and Patrica Metsinger. He attended Olathe East High School. He and his longtime girlfriend Lorie Hudson had just moved to a house in Overland Park 2 weeks ago.

Patrick was a stone mason for 4 plus years. His hobbies were music, painting and sketching. His life was finally where he had always wanted it to be. He was so happy and planning for his family to come and enjoy time together at his house. Patrick adored his daughter Josie. He played dolls, she would put make up on him, swim, ride bikes and whatever she wanted him to do he would do it. He was her playmate, teacher, protector and the very best dad a little girl could have ever dreamed of. He was blessed to have reconnected with his older daughter Emily and was planning to spend time with and bring her into his life and family.

Patrick was larger than life he was a force to be reckoned with. He was a wonderful father, son, brother, uncle and friend.

Patrick is survived by his daughters Emily Griffith and Josie Metsinger, his parents Patrica and Mike Metsinger, his brother Nicholas Metsinger, his nephew Caleb Metsinger and niece Taylor Metsinger.
