In Memory Of
Jill Annette Peters
1958 - 2020

Jill Annette Peters, 61, of Olathe, passed away June 16, 2020. She was born July 17, 1958 in Kansas City, KS the second daughter of George and Ruth (Moore) Peters.

Jill was a graduate of Hickman Mills High School, and earned her Associates Degree in Design from Johnson County Community College. She was the owner and operator of her own candy vending business.

Jill was a caregiver for her mother, Ruth, until her passing in 2011.

She is survived by her husband, Matt Learned, of Olathe, KS, and her furry babies.

Jill enjoyed gems and crystal studies, and how they were used in spirituality.

Another big passion of Jill's was rescuing animals- every pet she owned was a "rescue" dog or cat.
She was also active in volunteering with animals.

Jill was energetic, kind, loving and very passionate. She was funny and loved to laugh, very giving and empathetic towards people.

Jill used to say "Why are you trying to change me?" And actually, Jill ended up changing me.

Jill will be dearly missed as she was a great sister, daughter, my loving wife and companion, and very best friend. I am truly glad to have had her in my life, heart, and soul. I love you forever, Matt.

No services will be held at this time. Jill's wish is that a memorial contribution be given to your local humane society.
