Jodi Lee Topping, 53, of Olathe, passed away on May 23, 2020. She was born on June 9, 1966 to Raymond and Paula Salmonson in Minneapolis, MN.
Jodi grew up in Mounds View, MN. She worked in the transportation business. She worked at Midwest Express for the past 5 years. She was a die hard Vikings fan. She loved her country music and jamming out with her children. She was the funniest person ever. She was a survivor and a fighter. She was battling cancer for 4 years until she lost that battle. She was always the life of the party no matter where she went, she was loved by so many.
Jodi is survived by her loving children, Ryan Deneweth of Minnesota, Courtney Almazan of Kansas, Kayla (Christen) Anders of Minnesota, and Nathan Salmonson of Kansas. Her boyfriend, Jim Soderstrom of Kansas. Her three sisters, Sherri Larson of Minnesota, Kristi Bell of Minnesota, and Michelle Iverson of Wisconsin. Her Mother and Father, Marian Larson and Donald Larson of Minnesota.
She was preceded in death by Mother, Paula Simmons and her sister, Jeanie Salmonson.
