Kenneth Eugene Gray, 88, of Olathe, passed away on March 4, 2020 at Overland Park Regional Medical Center.

He was born on May 21, 1931 to C. Vernon and Hazel (Van Doren) Gray in Salina, KS.

Kenneth worked as a Maintenance Supervisor for Kansas School for the Deaf.

On February 24, 1957, he married LaVon Evelyn Gray (Schlesener). Kenneth and LaVon lived in Olathe, Kansas.

He was a member of Olathe Sunrise Kiwanis and enjoyed helping others and spending time with his grandchildren.

Kenneth is survived by his loving wife, LaVon; sons, Dennis (Pat) Gray and Duane (Nola) Gray; three grandchildren, Larry, Naomi, and Matthew; and sister Elizabeth (George) Galspie of Greentop, MO.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and brother Arnold Gray.

A memorial service will be held Tuesday, March 10, 2020 at 11:30AM at Redeemer Lutheran Church, Olathe, Kansas. The family will receive guests at 11:00AM.

Memorials are suggested to the Olathe Sunrise Kiwanis.
