In Memory Of
Ariana Leigh Caraway
1999 - 2019

Ariana Leigh Caraway, 19, of Olathe, KS, passed away on August 11, 2019. She was born to John Caraway and Shera McClelland.

From the time she was brought home from the hospital, it was obvious how extroverted and social she was. Never wanting to miss a moment… from playdates, throughout school, and into college, she was always the brightest smile in the room, with an embracing spirit to all those around.

She was passionate about her music, her art, and all things creative. She was also an animal lover, preferring geckos, lizards, and snakes. She finished high school, a semester early, at Olathe Northwest, and then continued her schooling at Creative Image School of Cosmetology, where she was set to graduate in the fall. She was beautiful inside and out, and the loss of this kind soul is shattering to us all.

Ariana is survived by her loving parents John (Regan) Caraway and Shera McClelland; siblings, Catelyn, Conner, Remi and Makenna; maternal grandmother, Dawn McClelland; her aunt and uncle, Crystal and James Brackett; her aunt Jamie Caraway; and cousins, Jayden and Shelby Kollman and Genevieve and Rosalyn Brackett.

She was preceded in death by her precious younger brother, Andrew Caraway; her paternal grandmother, Linda Fountain; and her grandfathers, Fred Caraway and Jay McClelland.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Ariana Caraway Memorial Fund at Enterprise Bank, 110 N. Clairborne, Olathe, KS 66062.

The family will receive guests for a visitation from 1:00-2:00pm on Sunday, August, 18, 2019, at Penwell Gabel’s Olathe Chapel, with the funeral service following at 2:00pm.
